Ordered some Dubarry boots online on Sunday, 23rd Dec for my daughters birthday. Realised I had made an error on the size, called Dec on the Monday am, the boots were already in despatch, but he dropped the phone and went to stop the delivery, changed the boots to the correct size and they were STILL delivered on the 27th Dec. Amazing service and so different from the usual "sorry, there's nothing we can do" story that it reminded me of a time when people genuinely provided "service"!
