Although the price for one tyre had clearly been massively over inflated for this offer, the offer on purchasing a pair made them worth using. The website was straight forward enough. When I arrived the guy on reception lacked the basic customer service skills and just told me to take a seat in reception without even asking me which tyres hey were to replace and then walked off. I remained there and shortly afterwards someone else came along who was much helpful. The work was then done in a timely fashion so I'm happy overall. Just wish these places would make the "customer experience" a bit better with the people they have in the customer facing positions.
We decided to purchase the New York Pass for our week long stay and it was invaluable. Not only did it get us into the major sights without having tu queue so much, it also gave us ideas of things to do that we wouldnt have normally thought of, such as bike riding in Central Park which was an unforgetable experience, or the Polce Museam and a tour of Radio City.
My only criticisms are that the address we were told to collect the passes from on our booking had changed and we were not informed. I can imgaine how this would leave many travellers struggling to find the replacement offices and worried that they have been scammed. We were fortunate enough to fing a kind hearted security guard at the old address who new what we were looking for so I'm guessing we werent the only ones affected by this.
Also, the booklet did not make it clear that the Fire Service museum was for kids and not adults so we felt a little embarrased when we turned up for that.
Other than these two isses, we had no problems at all with this pass and would stronlg recommend it to anyone travelling to New York.
