Very Very bad!

my 1st experience will be my last!! i ordered a pair of shoes and a shirt on the 19th of December i then got an email saying that had been dispatched on the 22nd and a tracking number for Royal mail, when i track them, it says Royal mail have not yet received them and were due to be received on the 20th?? i have emailed the company many times and have not had any reply's, i understand that poatage takes longer over xmas but many reviews on here say they ordered over xmas and still received within a matter of days i will NOT be ordering again EVER!
