Wow! Fabulous steaks. Chicken which has taste, doesn't shrink and is so juicy. I doubt I'll buy meat from anywhere else again.

Sharp, precise, classy, great value!
I'm not a professional chef, just an enthusiastic home cook. I've attended lots of cooking schools and used some very expensive knives along the way. I have small hand so way initially concerned with ordering the Procook X50 Elite as the handles looked quite wide. However, they are very nice to hold and have great feel in use. The X50 Elite are extremely sharp and although I've only used them for a couple of week, don't look like they'll be going blunt anytime soon. For the price, they are superb. Look more expensive than they are. For a home cook, I can't see why you'd pay more when these tick all the boxes.
