Ordered on Sunday, told it would arrive on Tue, then Wed, then Thu. Eventually arrived on Friday very late. The staff at Festive lights where extremely rude when I asked them about the delay on more than 1 occasion. They said the address label was incorrect. The delivery man said the address label was correct but his barcode reader had a problem. Not impressed with the whole service at all. To top it all the tree was broken at the top...
