As a disabled, it was a bit troublesome having to wheel across to the pick-up point from the terminal where there was a section not covered by a roof.
In the car park, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out all the controls, how to relaese this new-age handbrake switch, etc. There was no manual in the glove compartment or any person in the car park who could assist me.
Had it been raining, I would have had a sesrious problem re both the above points. Just remember, us disabled can't 'run' like 'normal' people.
I am a disabled and was collected at the disabled parking point, as previously (meet & greet) On our return, after I phoned, we had to stand in the rain & cold for almost 20 minutes at the exact spot where the driver had collected my car on our departure, because the driver who had to meet / drop-off our car, waited at the wrong location. Why did the driver not have the correct details of where to meet us??
