Brilliant produce and customer service.

Ordered a pair of climbing shoe online, only to discover an hour later that partner had changed his mind and wanted a different brand. Rang the shop to explain dilemma and person who answered phone couldn't have been more helpful. Found my order immediately, changed it for the new one and didn't even charge me the pound or two extra the new shoes cost!

Order arrived a day or so later.

Excellent all round. Would recommend and use again.
