On 18th December, I booked parking for a Friday (21st Dec) arrival at 03:30 and departure on Saturday (22nd Dec) at 01:30), for £11.25.
On the 19th, I changed the vehicle details I was arriving in and the arrival time to 04:00, and on the 20th tried to change the parking departure details as I realised that although I was flying back to the UK on the 22nd, I wasn't landing until 00:30 on 23rd.
Customer services phoned and left a message, and when I called back I was told that as it was less than 24 hours before my arrival at the car park the details couldn't be changed, but I would only be charged for an extra days parking which would be £16.
On the 21st I arrived 30 minutes early and on the 23rd left about 2 hours later due to a delay disembarking.
Imagine my surprise when the ticket machine showed that I had to pay an extra £32 instead. So I will not be recommending them in a hurry.

I am very sorry you suffered an inconvenience whilst parking with our vendor Stansted Pink Elephant, I want to assure you customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. As Looking4Parking are the booking again for this product I have passed this information on to the manager down at Stansted and a full investigation in to exactly what happened will be undertaken.
