I purchased a shirt for my husband as a Xmas present and unfortunately the shirt was a bad fit ( too short in arms and larger size was too baggy) which meant he was unable to find a another shirt in the store as none of them fitted him. It was only when we tried to return the shirt that I was was made aware of the companies return policy. Obviously with such as rubbish return/refund policy the staff are not going to shout about it and inform the customer at the point of purchase but you would expect this to be made clearer when it is obvious that you are purchasing items as presents in December!!
Very very disappointed! What's the point of him having a credit note when the clothes just don't fit?
