No complaints whatsoever,

I was advised on the 10th Jan that the item that I had ordered a few days previously had been despatched via XDP along with the relevant tracking number.

Having checked the XPD website I could see that the parcel had been collected.

At 8.00am this morning there was a knock on the door, getting me out of my bed and lo and behold I was greeted with my parcel - Very efficient service -Thank you.

What can one say!

When you pay for next day delivery you expect next day delivery, not for it to arrive some 5 days later. Then in the bottom of the new pan is glued a label which one has to spend some 30 minutes trying to remove same! Not a good experience at all!!
Would not be going back to them.

Unfortunately it was clearly stated on our website that the last day to place orders for Christmas was on the 21st December. Also we don't currently offer a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery. http://www.procook.co.uk/index/delivery-information. Your order was placed on the 23rd. As for the label we are sorry to hear about this. Please note that you can always contact us if you have any issue with our product via phone or emails.
