I ordered the 7" tablet on 3rd December and recieved it on 19th December. It was a christmas present for my daughter. She opened it on Christmas day and we plugged it in to charge it, the red light came on so we thought it was charging, we tried to turn it on a little later but it did not switch on, we held the button in for a few seconds and it still did not switch on. We left it charging for a few hours more and tried it again, still it did not switch on. I then emailed the company on christmas day explaining what had happened...NO REPLY....mailed again 27th....NO REPLY and again on 30th....NO REPLY.
After reading other peoples experience on here i dont hold out much hope for this company. I have paid a lot of money for this tablet, had i read the reviews before my purchase i would not have gone ahead with it.
