i started diet chef just over 2 weeks ago. first week i lost 4lbs and 10.5 inches off my body, obviously this last week has been hard as it's been xmas and had to have xmas dinner and other meals with friends and family. but i've resisted all other temptations and i've only gained 1lb if i hadn't have done diet chef before i would most certainly have been at least 7lbs heavier now. today was first day back on it and i feel so much better already. i'm excirted about how good i will look sticking to this plan even bought a couple of dresses in the sale a size smaller so i've something to aim for.
