A bit tricky to find the LIVE help but the a very quick and good service from WILLIAM!

We are moving out of UK and a brief search came up with P2G service. Good price comparison service, easy-to-use quoting interface so we are going for it. Everything worked smoothly except I couldn't manage to print my AWB and label. I struggled a bit to find the LIVE HELP page but once there I had to wait less than 1 minute before WILLIAM came to help. I had to change pick up date due to UPS window already closed, however I got my label eventually. As a former courier's customer-care agent I should say "thumbs up" once again to WILLIAM! ;-)
