I got stuck in a hospital appointment and kind of thought I was going to miss my delivery. Driver arrived half way through my slot and delivered to neighbors and even took a correct name down. So guess we are lucky in Central London as I can't fault them at all.
I haven't recieved my order despite paying for next day evening and being glued to my doorbell for two nights as this was a Christmas gift for my partner from asos. Tracking link provided by asos was stating my tracking number is old. My partner has not recieved his gift till the 28th and that is only after I reordered it from Asos. Long story short there was no delivery attempt made, no card left etc. I hope that was a one off due to the Christmas period.
I can feel everyone's pain as I had issues with other delivery companies this Christmas. I recieved my parcel from dpd two days ago about half an hour into my allocated slot so I cannot fault them. I hope for more people to have this experience.
