AgePartnership have some very pleasant staff; I was contacted by phone as I browsed their website, and they were keen to get the business. They explained my options, but were careful not to make any recommendations - which was correct. Ten weeks passed as my pension-funding moved slowly to release; that was not AP's fault. However, in that time the best company for my money changed; I drew AP's attention to that fact, but I later had to stop them sending my capital to the lower-performing insurance company. I had been expecting to rely on their watching to get me the best current deal.
AP could have done better, and I might not recommend them. Perhaps another firm would have been a smoother operation; I do not know that.
