I purchased two items but one was not delivered. I informed customer service who explained that they had to wait until a specific date to ensure the second item had not been dispatched separately and was simply delayed in the post. When the item did not arrive I contacted the team again and I was offered the option of a refund or replacement. The item was delivered promptly and came with a bar of chocolate as an apology for the delay - completely unexpected but very welcome and a really nice touch. I have used look fantastic for several years and have always been a happy customer ... love it!
