i ordered stuff on click and collect in the sale at the same time as my sister, got an email saying my stuff would be ready to pick up on the 28th and would get a text, and true to its word i did, went down there collected my stuff the staff were polite no problems at all very happy with my order, but it;s just strange my sisters hasn't come through yet she still has not had an email or text
after bad online service with a different store, i am pleased to say that The Body Shop managed to make my christmas happier i ordered online late at night and two days later it came with a courier i was pleased it came packaged in a box nothing was damaged, i though ordering so close to christmas could have made a problem but it didn't seem to effect it thank you!
So i ordered a maternity top for my sister on the 5th of December for click and collect, the dude date to be collected in store was 12th i went in on the 13th only to be told i'll have to come back before coming back i emailed them TWICE but have not had any replies (even though it says we will reply within 48 hours) so about 5 days later i came back they told me to just wait i didn't take no for an answer this time i told them its not acceptable and i want an answer so they gave me a number to ring the woman said she was sorry and there was a big mix up so i got a refund and had to frantically find something else for my sister before christmas, being told by the woman i would receive some vouchers but i doubt i'll ever get them either. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM! i do NOT recommend.
