Good booking let down by hotel

Sadly let down by the hotel. Rooms cold on arrival . WIFI not working , turned out to be wrong code stuck on wall ( with duck tape!). Shower cold, called name on wall , told us boiler goes out , need to knock on room next door to relate boiler. But how can this be when hot water in tap is ok. I suggest he needs to have thermostat valve in shower checked. Shower tray no door only curtain so water would just flood bathroom. Room cleanish, although shabby. Unfortunately the negatives make the acceptable less acceptable. Late rooms needs to be aware of who they promote.
