Exceptional AV

Amazing deals but....

I ordered speakers + AV receiver from them, they have amazing deals I couldn't find anywhere else. They respond quickly calling you if there are any problems. I would give them 5 stars for they service but... Communication through an email doesn't exists, don't bother sending them an email as they never reply to emails (very strange as for the online shop). Also they don't pay to much attention to what they pack, I ordered speakers in walnut finish but they send me black ones (!). My advice - check what you got as your equipment arrives so you can send it back immediately and don't send them emails call them instead.
