i ordered and paid for my products, when invoice came the day after i found out part of order was missing, money was taken from my account and i received none of my order, emailed them and was told to check sorting office and nieghbours, i did so and emailed them back to say my order hasnt arrived, no reply so emailed again and still no reply, so they have my money and i have no goods, christmas gifts for my mother!!! no office of refund no offer of sending goods again no explaination nothing! very dissapointed
