I have been sitting at home all morning, with my delivery window between 9:44-10:44am. Suddenly I receive an e-mail from DPD informing me no one was home to accept the delivery. Four people are currently at home, with three cars parked on the driveway - a clear indicator someone is home! I expect this kind of nonsense from Yodel but not from DPD. I am thoroughly unimpressed by this service, and hope Amazon switch to a reliable courier!
