Very good and pleasant, lovely tour guides and drivers were friendly.

Had a great time and loved the routes and especially the route with a personal tour guide who told us lots of litle things you wouldn't necessarily know otherwise. BUT we were waiting on our second day at the bus stop near to the British Museum, we waited for 20 minutes at 4pm, finally a bus came and because there was a bus already at the stop, he just carried on, we tried to flag him down but he wasn't having it and just looked ahead, he didn't look at the bus stop at all, yet there were several people waiting!..... so we had to catch an ordinary bus in the end as it was raiing very hard!...
