The whole process was pretty smooth, and really happy with the bed itself.
Only nit: it was missing a couple of the necessary bolts, but was easy enough to find them at my corner hardware shop. I figure that's on the manufacturer anyway.
The automated delivery notification / rescheduling seemed pretty slick too -- they texted to tell me when it'd be delivered, and you could reply with different options to chose alternate days.
