Photoworld

Great, but still with upside

Photoworld is a great product and has a lot of attractive features. Photoprints are delivered very fast at a great price and the photo books and calendars look great and are pretty straight forward to put together. But a few things where they could improve are:
- give more explanation what certain icons will do: when you use a picture as background for a photobook, this applies only to two opposite pages, but when you use it for one page only, this applies for all even or odd page numbers immediately and you then have to change all previous pages again.
- I could not order my calendars using the internet platform due to a "database error" which they could not rectify or allow payment over the phone.
- When they have promotions e.g. for 50 pages for the price of 26, you only get this discount for exactly 50 pages and not more. You then have to contact them to claim your discount which is less customer friendly.
Both other than that, I am very happy with the product and would fully recommend it.
