Goods ordered failed to arrive after waiting 8 weeks and 3 calls to their premium customer service line. Emails went unanswered. Although they sent an email to say the goods had been dispatched after about 6 weeks they never came. Claimed delivery sevice must have lost them. Offered to re-send them then admitted not all items in stock. Only one girl I spoke to sounded remotely interested. One claimed they were a call centre for a number of companies. I cancelled the order and told them to remove me from their database. I did receive a refund. Don't use this company.
