You could not have made the experience worse than you did

I cannot review the product as it has never has been delivered, 11 days after been advised that it was ( I don't believe the despatch date was achieved). The Customer Service department is mostly useless, if you write to them they don't answer, if you talk to them they lie to you, they never do as they promise. We arranged a family gathering over the Christmas period to review the Family History in Photos book but as it has never arrived, the occasion was ruined.
