Call the Dutch Head office,

I put in a wrong e mail address and as my flight was due to leave in a couple of days got worried. I could not get through on the UK number but I had no problem getting through to the number in Holland and they fixed everything right away. Good service.


Issues resolved to my satisfaction

I had some issues with a pair of glasses that I tried to return. Finally everything went well after a call from the customer services manager and I actually ended up ordering two more pairs.
