I spoke to your customer service bloke on the 28th Dec 2012 because it said your delivery driver had tried to deliver my package this however was untrue and a lie because he had left no card to say he had called and after now checking CCTV there was no signs of his van, so what I asked the customer service bloke at DPD was can I pick it up at depot, he said yes no problem you can pick it up tomorrow 29/12/2012 it will be ready for collection between 8:30am-12pm, as I needed my package urgently this would have been great so you can imagine to my astonishment when I got there at 11:30am your depot closed, your employee has just cost me £13 in fuel plus the cost of the call plus my time, so I'm extremely unhappy and am now considering asking PayPal to just refund my money unless my out of pocket expenses are covered along with a better service as how I've been treated is so far disgusting, I will send a copy of this complaint to the company that has paid for your bad services I have now opened a case to get a full refund so because of DPD COURIERS www.mytyres.co.uk have lost a good customer and a lot of business thanks to DPD
