Now that there is quite a choice of companies selling bathroom furniture online, and offering good value and quality, I find that the most important factor is the reliability and quality of the delivery service, which still varies greatly between retailers. In this case, the delivery company rang to make an appointment - though I had to insist that they chose between a morning or afternoon slot rather than expecting me to stay in all day - and they kept to the appointment. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly, and waited while I opened the packaging and checked the goods. In all, I would be happy to shop again with this company.
Failed to deliver two of the three supposedly "in stock" items I had ordered - in one case I accepted a substitute, the other I cancelled. Delivery, when they finally arranged it, failed to meet the agreed time slot, but the surly driver, far from apologising, told me the "IT department" (meaning the online sales team) had no authority to tell him what time to deliver. At least the salesman who dealt with my order seemed aware that his firm was falling down on the job, and made efforts to resolve the problems. In all, I would not recommend placing online or delivery orders with this firm until it sorts itself out, though to be fair some of their prices were reasonable, so I might still be prepared to buy items I could collect from a branch.
Overall I was pleased with the price and quality of the goods I ordered. One item arrived slightly damaged but the company quickly sorted out the problem. Since delivery drivers rarely have time to wait while the customer unpacks and inspects all the items, I would always recommend recording a video on your smartphone showing the condition of the goods as you unpack them.
