Ok service although had to wait sometime on arrival for company to collect car, even though had called them 20 minutes before arriving as requested.

I have contacted the manager of RS09 at Gatwick, for whom we are booking agents, regarding this issue and he offers his sincere apologies. The manager has advised that unfortunately due to some staff shortages, which have since been rectified, there was a delay in your service.
This is unacceptable as we always encourage our vendors to be on time, therefore I would like to offer you a 20% discount on your next booking with us at any major UK airport. Please contact the customer service department the next time you fly and give you booking reference to action the discount.
