I ordered a TEAC all in one system for my wife for Christmas as she most probably has more LPs than Ebay! Price was the best on the web and no ripping off on delivery charges even for next day delivery. Received a personal E-mail to say that there was a stock issue and the unit could be a day late and therefore they would not be charging me for delivery, unit turned up at the promised time and in plenty of time for me to wrap.

Would definitely use Exceptional-av again (they certainly loved up to their name this time) and I have already passed their details on to friends.
