DPD thoroughly wasted my time. I recieved an email yesterday telling me that my parcel would arrive today and asking that I be sure to be in to sign for it. I was told I would be able to check my one hour deliver time from this morning onwards. I tried to check my delivery window all day but no timeframe ever showed when I clicked on the link in the email. Finally, I called them, only to be thwarted by their awful automated phone service. I had to search for an alternative number online in order to get to speak to someone. I was then told that the supplier I ordered from had not got the parcel to DPD on time for them to get it out today. If this is true, I think it very poor DPD emails it's customers to tell them that a parcel will be delivered (which requires them to wait in ALL DAY) BEFORE they have it and can be sure that this is the case. Furthermore, DPD, it would have been nice, once you knew that you did not have the parcel to deliver, if you could have LET ME KNOW by emailing me. I changed plans in order to be in all day. What a shambles. And now I have to go through it all again to get this parcel
