Good customer service.
I have only placed 2 orders, the first was dealt with promptly and arrived the day after my prescription was received by 365vet. The second I had to phone to chase when it did not arrive as quickly but once I had spoken to the lady at 365vet, she processed my order (there had been a backlog after Easter) and I received it the next day. Good customer service and normally quick turnaround of prescription meds.

Couldn't have been happier!
The tyre price was the best I could find and the ordering process simple. Almost immediately after I ordered I received an email confirming the order and the details of the garage where I needed to go to for the tyre fitting. The garage (CCM in Ewhurst) was easy to find and the staff friendly and professional. They also looked at the other wheel related issues I had while I was there.
Overall I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.
