Leg it away from them. The store itself and CS are beyond awful.
I thought I've seen bad CS but GMG.. they are something.
Purchased 2 days ago Skyrim, still no key. Looks like they are out of stock, yet the product wasn't tagged as such. So they grab yer money and make you wait. You can ask for refund but unlikely to get any answer from CS, by the time they answer you are probably going to have yer key so it's pointless. No refund once the key is deliveried. I have submitted two tickets - nothing. NOTHING. It says a reply takes 2-4 days _working_ . Am I sorry - what ?! Are we the early 2000's ? You are online retailer. Online. Online! There's a reason why you are online - it's more reliable. Though not with GMG's case. Yeah, and CS is off on the weekend. Bloody brilliant. You cant be in this business and have days off. Else - sod off. That's not for you. And don't think that if you get a response from CS there will be any help.
"You will receive your key shortly" they say, then that someone waits for another couple of days. "Shortly", right...
Still waiting for my key and my a response to my own tickets. Probably going to get it some time in 2013. F### pissed off.
Anyway, my opinion is firm.
