Great web site and choice of quality products
The web site makes buying on line very easy - it gives lots of really useful info such as comprehensive dimensions and realistic colour examples of the products which many sites just dont do. Consequently making a choice is so much easier and can be done with more confidence.The product I bought was very good quality- weight and finish and exactly what I wanted so I'm a happy customer and would buy again and recommend.My only negative point is that the item didnt arrive within the time stated .When I contacted the company there had been a delay in production and an alternative date was given and the item arrived with no delay. I think it would be helpful to keep customers informed if there is going to be delay rather than leave it up to the customer to make contact.
