It's been over a week and I haven't received my product and haven't been able to leave a message because the mailbox is full.

My product was said to have been shipped on the 20th, it is now the 31st and I have yet to receive it. I sent an email, but have gotten no response. I have called many times during open hours and no one answers the phone. I can not leave a message because the mailbox is full. I would like a full refund or my product, even talking with a representative would have been nice.
