I wanted to send a bottle of whiskey to a friend for Christmas.
I have used The Whisky Exchange before & found them reliable so decided they were the best people esp because I left it a bit late (21st December).
To my surprise they delivered every working day that week.
My gift arrived on 29th December which was fine. I'd warned my friend that it was on it's way and was able to track the package which was invaluable.
I have been very pleased with the ease of ordering and the hassle-free approach to delivery. Being able to track the package was very useful indeed.
I'll definitely use them again because it was a +ve experience.
