I am sure that there is some problem with Late Rooms and their computer system. I had an e mail from the company and a booking reference but when we arrived at the hotel they had no room for us and had no knowledge of our booking. I am currently trying to sort this out with Late Rooms - a very long winded business, They don't seem mortified that this can happen. I've been told to send receipt from alternative accommodation we were forced to book at very short notice! So they want proof! What else could we have done - we had no hotel room! A friend posted on facebook that Asda had missed on line delivery slot but that they were immediately given 100 pounds and no charge for groceries. That;s protecting your brand. Late Rooms have let me down badly and seem unable to make me trust them again. Think twice before using them, A booking reference and confirmation means nothing!
