They sent me an order has been canceled and whitout Audioquest Hollow Z-Plugs

Hi, accidentally ordered the "Audioquest 14/2 FLX/SLiP Speaker Cable" and I canceled order.. despite the cancellation to accept.. still sent the product.

There is actually a very important issue that bothers me;

Although they would say on site "All Terminations for this cable will be done with Audioquest Hollow Z-Plugs as stock and All terminations are fitted with heatshrinks"

..and they sent me a standart silicone rubber ended cables.. nerve to laugh.
if you can not do commitments Why do declare on site..

now, I'm waiting for the same day ordered cable.. "Audioquest FLX/SLiP 14/4 Speaker Cable" I hope that the same mistakes will not be repeated.. but I'm not very hopeful.

**After seeing my opinion.. they send me a message again..
They say: "Yes we are sorry for this confusion" and "The cables have actually been terminated with a much more expensive plug which sells for £3 a plug rather than the £1.50 for the cheap audioquest plug."

so.. I want to trust them and I hope you get this situation occurred because of the Christmas holiday.. Although it is not very satisfied but thank you for interest..
