If you pay these guys by card and then try to change your payment details their "systems" can't do this simple task apparently. Ridiculous! For 2 months now I have tried to do this as they keep debiting a card I do not want debited. They admit this is a major systems issue with them and said they'd sort it and remove my card details. This was over a month ago. Today what do I find? ANOTHER DEBIT TO THE CARD I TOLD THEM TO REMOVE AND CLEARLY TOLD THEM THEY DON'T HAVE MY AUTHORITY TO DEBIT!!!! I will be contacting my card issuer to report FRAUD. Pathetic and let's you down BADLY!!!!! I don't understand a business that claims to be at the cutting edge of ecommerce can't even do a simple task of changing its customers card payment details! What does it matter as long as you still get payments though, eh?!
