My original delivery of an XBOX 360 game went astray. I informed Zavvi and having explained it was intended as a Christmas present for my son, Zavvi expedited the usual non-delivery complaint procedure and issued a replacement which arrived just a few days after Christmas so my son didn't have too long to wait to receive his present. I was pleased with the response from Zavvi's customer service team.
