Great prices and good inventory, but for the second time the shipping cost has been added as value.
For me this doubles the cost, since custom is added when the value is more than 22£. I made customer service aware of this, but the answer looked like it was from a copy/paste template. And now they have done it again.
This is not just annoying, but time consuming since I have to document to customs that the value on the goods is not what the shop claims. The alternative is to pay +20£ extra..
