Upon arrival to LGW I called the mobile number provided from the baggage hall as advised by the Looking4Parking staff. However upon collection of my car I was informed that I would have to pay an additional £10.00 in cash due to my flight landing late by an hour. I requested a receipt and I was advised that this would be listed to my online bill which I would be able to claim from the airline and full instruction would be sent to me via email. Since returning home I have called a number of times and have received no response. My online bill has not been updated and as far as I am aware this money went straight to the staff members pocket!!
