I'm very sorry to hear this has happened with Gatwick Sky One, for whom we are booking agents. I have contacted the manager of Sky One who is now investigating this as a matter of urgency. As a consequence, this vendor has been removed from sale until further notice. We do not tolerate this behaviour and I will contact you directly as soon as the manager has concluded his investigation.
