Yodel say they have tried to deliver parcel twice and left card. RUBBISH !!!.
No attempt to deliver and therefore no card left.
I had heard of Yodels poor delivery efforts before but now I'm unfortunate to have been on the end of their poor service.Rung the customer services and was just fobbed off with rubbish about road closures and couldn't get access in to flats? WHAT????
There were definitely no road closures in the area I live and I certainly don't live in a block of flats!!!!
