I tried ordering online but couldn't get the payment screen to continue, so I called them - much easier! Placed the order within minutes, fab. However, didn't receive the parcel within the time scale. I called on Christmas Eve to chase this up and discovered that the order was still pending on the system. Fortunately I didn't need the items until later in the week. They were very apologetic and promised to send it straightaway, so that it would arrive on the Thursday. The parcel did arrive on the Thursday, and was exactly what was required, so all issues resolved. The service was very friendly and the situation expertly handled, so am very happy. I would definitely deal with Deep Blue Dive again and would have given 5 stars if the parcel had arrived first time around.
