Product arrived promptly. One slat split but replacement quickly sent with spares. Would use again.

Product delivered quickly and in good order but communication indicated that order was delayed due to stock outage.
The product was delivered quickly and in good order. The price was competetive. However, I almost cancelled the order following an e-mail indicating that my order was delayed due to stock outage and suppliers closure over xmas meant that no date could be provided. I was surprised to receive the order the next day. The notice of dispatch arrived two days after the delivery.
The communication need to be improved as otherwise the product and service were very good.
