Shocking quality and quantity of flowers, resulting in a very disappointed mother-in-law

Absolutely atrocious. I have never felt compelled to write a product review before, but this was the limit. I sent flowers to my Mother-in-law on Christmas Eve, as we were not going to see her until a few days after. I was surprised not to receive a text from her to say they had arrived, I now know the reason why.
When we visited three days later, I looked for the flowers and was shocked that she had already thrown them out. She was very embarrassed, and it was only when I persisted that she told me how truly awful they were - some dead on arrival and the rest dying. I showed her the picture on the website and she couldn't believe the difference between the photo and the flowers she had received. I just wish she had taken a photo but she isn't very tech-savvy!
I have sent an email to Serenata, but I am not expecting a reply from them having read these other reviews. Never again!
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY.
