poor service!

Beware of dealing with this company, all their warranties are for 12 months only and they do not sell spare parts. When a 4 year old shower was leaking recently I was told that it was now obsolete, all it needed was a replacement valve but was told initially that a new thermostatic valve from a shower which looked almost the same would not fit my shower and I needed a whole new shower including the shower head. It took several phone calls to get the receptionist to speak to a technician who eventually agreed that a valve from an alternative shower would be suitable. This cost me £70.00 howver a whole new shower would have been in excess of £200.00. If I had been able to purchase a replacement cartridge for the valve it would have cost substantially less. I would be very wary of dealing witht this company as if anything goes wrong with your shower after 12 months you are likely to need a whole replacement shower.
