My one quibble is that it's not possible to cancel an order once placed, even if only a few minutes later - I fully understand you have automated processes etc, but a blanket no cancellation even BEFORE the product has gone into production is, I think, unfair. I'd just put together an album for my mother for Xmas and placed the order when I received an email with some 'must-use' pictures. I couldn't cancel the original order and despite this decided to update the album and palce another order... Good for you, bad for me. Please consider changing
